We would love to come back to stay at the same place ! Positive: Great location, well thought furnishing, prompt customer service, don’t get disappointed if you can not reach them when you call their number they get back to you really quick. Negative: Took some time (2-3 days) to warm the apartment and we needed to ask for extra heaters which was provided immediately and helped a lot.

The service did not deliver what was promised. Negative: The apartment matches the description in terms of essentials: it is well equipped and has direct access to the ski slopes, which is clearly a positive point. The location is convenient and, under normal circumstances, would allow for a comfortable and practical skiing experience. However, the stay was seriously affected by poor management of the ski passes. I paid more for this apartment specifically because it included ski passes, and I therefore felt misled by the situation. Two passes were promised, but only one was available upon arrival. I immediately reported the issue and explained that I had already rented the ski equipment, yet I did not have access to the slopes. I was told the missing pass would be delivered the following day shortly after 9:00 a.m., but no one showed up and my attempts to contact them were not promptly answered. The missing pass only arrived close to 1:00 p.m., and to make matters worse, one of the passes was not working, forcing me to waste even more time at the ticket office fixing a problem that was not my responsibility. As a result, I lost an entire afternoon of skiing and more than half of the following day, while continuing to pay for ski equipment rental without being able to ski, with a direct loss of time and money. This was particularly frustrating as this was my honeymoon. The service did not deliver what was promised.
