Slopeside Bliss C21 by Aavalevi

Great location and amenities, but sleep issues, a serious privacy lapse at checkout, and disappointing service detracted Positive: We really enjoyed the slope-side location, which made access very convenient. The soaking tub and sauna were excellent and added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, the apartment was comfortable for a family of four, and the kitchen was well stocked—likely from previous guests—which made cooking easy. Negative: The biggest issue was the lack of proper curtains or blackout blinds. With the long daylight hours, it was very difficult to sleep for most of our two-week stay. We requested a solution multiple times, but eye shades were only provided after about a week. We were told the owner had not approved any fixes, which was frustrating and negatively impacted our experience. Additionally, the apartment was very hot despite having the heat turned off. The management company provided a phone number for us to call to troubleshoot, which felt inappropriate—guests shouldn’t have to manage heating issues themselves. Despite having approval for a 13:00 checkout, the next guests arrived at 11:00 and were able to open the door using their key code. Had we not been present, they would have had full access while our belongings were still inside. This raised serious concerns about coordination and guest privacy, especially since check-in is officially not until 15:00. Finally, while we acknowledge it was our responsibility that we accidentally left a laptop charger behind, we found the €50 handling fee plus shipping costs to return it excessive, particularly after a two-week holiday stay.

Positive: The location is perfect. The apartment is new and out of our expectations in any ways. We stayed for four comfy days like in home.
